The Bridal Show That Gives Back – Next Week 8/23!
Our hearts go out to our neighbors who are suffering catastrophic losses in the recent floods. After Katrina, our neighbors opened their hearts to help us.
In the spirit of giving back, New Orleans Weddings Magazine will be donating 100% of the money we make from ticket sales for the Love Potion No 504 Bridal Event to the NOLA Pay It Forward Fund: Helping Families in Neighboring Parishes. This organization, activated by the Mayor of New Orleans in partnership with the Greater New Orleans Foundation, will provide resources for the early relief and rebuilding efforts of those communities impacted by the recent floods.
In addition, we will have a donation bin from Second Harvest Food Bank and we’re encouraging our guests to bring a non-perishable food item to donate for relief efforts.
Join us for an amazing evening of wedding planning and know that you’re helping your neighbors in need at the same time!
The bridal show is Tuesday, August 23rd from 5:30-8:30pm at Generations Hall | The Metro (310 Andrew Higgins).
