Halloween Wedding Spotlight

Halloween weddings are one of those themes that you either love for others or you love for yourself! Personally, I find these events to be so fun, unique and totally memorable!

So, what does a Halloween wedding entail exactly? Well, the reality is that the options are as endless as the rows of costumes at your local party store! Couples that choose to say their vows on All Hallows Eve can pretty much do whatever they want… just be sure to stay true to yourselves as a couple and try not to scare your guests too much!

If you need some help getting those brain juices flowing, here are some creative ideas that past featured couples incorporated into their own Halloween themed weddings:

Veiled in Mystery

There’s just something about wearing a mask that automatically makes everything more fun! So why not provide some for your guests, sit back and let the party happen!

 

Spook Up the Entertainment

Including a few questionable characters in your Second Line dance is a great, fun way to get everyone involved in your Halloween theme. You can also provide fortune tellers or tarot card readers as entertainment at your reception. Or, if you really want to go all out, you can hire a few chainsaw wielding actors to harass your guests out on the dance floor!

 

 

Layer your Cakes in Fear

The cake is one of those wedding details that can be used to really showcase your theme. So just have fun with it!

 

Creepy Crawly Details

I’m not sure how much of a Halloween wedding it would be without a few creepy crawly details. They can be as subtle or as obvious as you want to make them. The important thing here is to, again, just have fun! Fun is what Halloween and weddings are all about after all!
