I was very nervous about pitching the idea of “angelic brides” to the team for this shoot. Was it too much? Would the idea be shot down? Well they loved it and we ran with the shoot and it came out amazing. Our readers loved it too…we had brides asking us where to get the angel wings – some wanted them for their flower girls, others for boudoir photo sessions – and this editorial now brings back so many great memories.

Dee from Bella Blooms embraced baby’s breath (not a flower she used much or at all at the time) to create floral “clouds” with dripping crystal raindrops and I think this was the very first time Dee ever debuted her non-flower brooch bouquet. Jason and Lisa with Luminous Events brought in so many candles – the effect was amazing!
