Real Wedding: Jennifer + Jordan

They worked in the same company, yet Jennifer and Jordan probably would have never crossed paths if their boss hadn’t decided to play matchmaker.

Luckily, Jennifer and Jordan hit off, so well so, that when Jordan proposed, her answer could only be yes.

“[Jordan] proposed on the levee in Gretna in his sweatpants, and I wouldn’t have had it any other way,” Jennifer says.

With only an eight-month engagement, Jennifer began planning.

“Our wedding day was exactly what we had envisioned in our heads for the past 8 months,” Jennifer says. “Some were nervous we wouldn’t be able to plan an entire wedding from start to finish in a limited amount of time, however everything came out flawlessly.”

As a last minute decision, Jennifer walked down the aisle with a beautiful cathedral length veil.

“I went from ‘I am not wearing a veil’ to go big or go home with a cathedral length veil,” Jennifer says. “I loved it.”

At the reception, Jennifer and Jordan requested the Tarantella, an Italian folk dance which got everyone on the dance floor having a great time.

Jennifer and Jordan’s wedding was a truly magical event for the couple.

“I’ve always heard of weddings being so stressful but that absolutely was not the case,” Jennifer says.
