REAL WEDDING :: ALLIE + NICK {FRENCH QUARTER HALLOWEEN}

Allie and Nick met in high school initially and were friends, but then reconnected while attending college at the University of Tennessee. After college, they both decided to move back to New Orleans. He proposed to her on the day she moved into her new apartment, and the rest was history! The couple chose Halloween because it was her mother and grandmother’s birthdays, so it seemed like a great day to bring as many loved ones together as possible. She also wanted to tie in the orange color to her wedding theme, since Nick’s family is from Tennessee, and it tied in perfectly with the school colors of the University of Tennessee where they began their relationship. Allie’s special day included a necklace from her grandmother, her bouquet was adorned with lace from her mother’s wedding dress, and her something blue was a handmade memento from the material of her father’s jacket while he was Superintendent of the New Orleans Police Department.
