Nicole and Ahmad’s love story is unthinkably cute! The two have known one another since their middle school days. “Ahmad chased after me for almost 2 years, but I was just not interested,” says Nicole. However, the two soon began to date once they were selected for the homecoming court their freshman year. Nicole giggles, “He even told my father that homecoming court was our pretend wedding!” Needless to say, the two have been inseperable ever since.

The proposal was unexpected and full of excitement! Nicole relives the moment and explains, “He had placed the ring box inside of a Louis Vuitton Speedy Bag as an early birthday gift.” After all, what girl does not love Louis Vuitton? Once Nicole peeked into the bag, she noticed the ring box. As Nicole proceeded to open the box, Ahmad dropped to one knee with one very important question. “Will you marry me?”

Finally, Ahmad’s “pretend wedding” would soon become reality. The happy couple anxiously began planning the perfect wedding, which would include a wedding ceremony in front of City Park’s Popp Fountain. The night continued with a fun filled reception held at the Arbor Room, attended by the couple’s dearest family and friends.

The night was nothing short of amazing and simply a dream come true! Nicole had always dreamed of a very contemporary wedding that captured the essence of their love for one another. “Ahmad and I are very laid back couple who appreciate the simpler things in life”, comments Nicole. So, it is certain that these two were meant for one another.

The newlyweds chose a very romantic destination as their honeymoon at the Bahia Principe Punta Cana Resort in the Dominican Republic.
