3 Simple Steps To Fit Into Your Wedding Gown
By Ellen Miller

Weddings occur all year round but there is something special about summer weddings. June seems to be one of the busiest months. Are you ready to fit into your gown? Here are three simple exercises that will work full body in a short amount of time. If done daily you will see results for your June wedding.

Perform these three exercises one after the other and build up to three rounds of each. This is a mini version of a boot camp. Start with ten repetitions of each and slowly build to 30 repetitions each. You will be working muscle and your heart rate will also be elevated.

By performing these exercises daily and watching what you eat, you will find a tightening in your muscles. Some muscle definition can occur and maybe even a little weight loss. The weight loss will come from smarter healthier food choices and by adding in aerobic activity.

1. Pushups: This exercise works your upper body. It will tighten your arms, back and chest muscles. This exercise can be done off a wall, counter, on your knees or on your toes. It depends on your upper body strength and where you need to start. Start with 10 repetitions and build to 30 repetitions.
There are snippets at www.youtube.com/isobreathing for pushups. Beginner through advanced.

2. Bridges or hip lifts:  This exercise will work your backside. It will tighten up your backside and help shrink and lift it. Lie on your back on the floor. Your knees are bent and your feet are on the ground. Perform a pelvic tilt ( push your lower back into he ground) and lift your bottom off the ground. With your pelvic tilt you should not be able to lift your hips too high. Tighten your backside as much as you can and hold for the count of five. Then lower your bottom  to touch the ground and repeat. Build up to 30 repetitions.

3. Moving Plank:  This exercise works your abdominals muscles. Lie on your belly and raise yourself up onto your toes and forearms. Your belly and legs are not touching the ground.Your hands are clasped together and your thumbs are facing up toward the ceiling. Rest your nose on your thumbs. You can elevate your backside slightly and this will take the pressure off of your lower back. Slowly let only your knees touch the ground and then lift them to be elevated again. Repeat this move. Start with ten repetitions and built to 30 repetitions.

These three exercises can be found at www.youtube.com/isobreathing under bootcamp for beginners.
